Deciding on your coaching goals

During our coaching sessions you have the choice of working towards any goal you choose. Some people know exactly what they want to achieve, whilst others are unclear on the best areas to work on. To make the decision a bit easier I have listed below a number of options that you might like to consider.

Build a business
Create work/life balance
Deal with change
Deal with workplace stress
Deal with conflict
Design a career action plan/path
Develop management skills
Developing better communication skills
Develop a powerful network
Discovering your passions/talents/gifts
Dressing for success
Employing new staff
Get a promotion
  Get organised
Increase profits
Improving relationships
Improving your confidence
Improve your selling ability
Interview skills
Job searching skills
Leadership
Manage your staff to increase productivity and lift morale
Manage your finances
Public Speaking with confidence
Time management
Win that job

It is up to you how many goals you set for your coaching sessions. I recommend no more than 3 over a 12-week period, or 1 goal for a 6-week period.

Remember, working toward one goal can have spin off effects into other areas of your life.
