our coaching sessions you have the choice of working towards
any goal you choose. Some people know exactly what they want
to achieve, whilst others are unclear on the best areas to
work on. To make the decision a bit easier I have listed below

is up to you how many goals you set for your coaching sessions.
I recommend no more than 3 over a 12-week period, or 1 goal
for a 6-week period.
Remember,
working toward one goal can have spin off effects into other
areas of your life.
